Event templates can be used as a starting point when creating incident or scheduled maintenance events. If you frequently create events where you are using standard settings and language, you can create templates to greatly simplify future event creation. Once a template has been created, the only values that you need to enter in order to create a new event are the start (and end, if applicable) date and time.
Event templates can be found by navigating to Events and selecting Templates under Incident or Maintenance.
