Status dashboard content modules allow the display of detailed information about events directly on the status dashboard homepage.
Configuration
Content modules can be configured by navigating to Status Dashboards > Edit > Dashboard Options > Content Modules.
Available Modules
Search |
Displays incident and scheduled maintenance counts in graphical form with links to the event detail pages. The search graph shows 10 days in the past (incidents and maintenance) and 10 days in the future (scheduled maintenance) and is navigable. This module also provides a search function that allows the user to search for events on a specific date. |
Active Incidents |
Displays detailed information on all incidents that do not have a status of resolved. The module can be hidden when there are no events to display. |
Active Scheduled Maintenance |
Displays detailed information on all scheduled maintenance events that do not have a status of planning or completed. The module can be hidden when there are no events to display. |
Planned Scheduled Maintenance |
Displays detailed information on all scheduled maintenance events with a status of planning. By default, events will be shown with the earliest starting event shown first, however this can be switched if desired. The module can be hidden when there are no events to display. |
Event History |
Displays all events (both incidents and scheduled maintenance) that have a status of closed (maintenance) or resolved (incidents). The number of days of history to display in the module is configurable (up to 30 days). The module can be hidden when there are no events to display. |
Events
All content modules will only display event information for events that impact services that are part of the respective status dashboard that has the content module active. Additionally, events that have the option enabled to hide them from status dashboards will not appear in any content modules.
Display Options
All content modules can be shown above or below the main dashboard and some modules can be hidden when there are no events to display.
