Once global services have been created, they can be added to individual status dashboards by navigating to Status Dashboards > Edit > Dashboard Options > Dashboard Services.
Services can be added individually, or all services can be imported at once and many of the global service options can be overridden for services within a status dashboard
Status dashboard services have the following display options:

Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Status Timelines Display a service status timeline underneath each service with event summaries and links to events. Status timelines have the following options:
Note: In order to use Search & Navigation or Indicators, the number of days of history must be set to 7 (one week). |
Compact Display |
Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Compact Display Enable or disable the display of services in a compact format on the status dashboard (up to three services to a row). |
Group Services |
Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Group Services Enable or disable the display of services within groups on the status dashboard. |
Group Configuration |
Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Group Ordering When the option to group services is selected, you will have the ability to drag and drop groups into the desired display order and additionally, expand groups by default. |
Group Ordering (Service Ordering) |
Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Group Ordering > (Group) > Organize Icon When the option to group services is selected, you will have the ability to drag and drop services within individual groups into the desired display order. |
Service Ordering |
Dashboard Services > Organize Services Icon > Service Ordering When the option to group services is not selected, you will have the ability to drag and drop services into the desired display order. |
