If you would like to create a private status dashboard with restricted access, you may do so by creating and activating a dashboard whitelist. When you activate a dashboard whitelist, only the IP or network addresses listed in the dashboard whitelist will be able to access the status dashboard. Any request for the status dashboard that comes from an unauthorized IP address will receive an HTTP 403 response.
To setup and activate a status dashboard whitelist, navigate to Status Dashboards > Edit > Dashboard Options > Whitelist.
Select one or more entries and click the checkmark icon to activate them (if they were deactivated). When an entry is in an activated state, access from that IP or network address will be permitted when the dashboard whitelist is activated.
Click the plus icon to add a new IP or network addresses to the list. Individual IP addresses or network addresses must be added in CIDR format.
You may add as many IP addresses to the dashboard whitelist as your account plan permits.
Select one or more entries and click the x icon to deactivate them (if they were activated). When an entry is in a deactivated state, access from that IP or network address will not be permitted when the dashboard whitelist is activated.
